Legal review required. This page is a plain-language template provided for review. Have it reviewed by your own legal counsel and tailored to your final entity, jurisdiction, and data practices before you rely on it publicly.

1. Who we are

RevvOS ("RevvOS", "we", "us") provides an AI operating system that helps automotive businesses run and grow their operations. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use the RevvOS platform. If you are a customer, this policy works alongside your service agreement.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you include when you request a demo, contact us, or sign up.
  • Business data you connect. When you connect tools like your shop management system, CRM, advertising and analytics accounts, or payment processor, RevvOS accesses the data needed to do its job, such as customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, conversations, and reporting metrics.
  • Usage information. Basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the RevvOS platform and its agents.
  • To draft communications and reports for your review and, once you enable it, to send approved communications on your behalf.
  • To respond to demo and contact requests.
  • To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.

4. Text messaging

Where you enable messaging through a connected provider, RevvOS helps you send and manage text messages to your own customers. Consent, opt-out ("reply STOP"), and message content are governed by your own messaging terms and the applicable carrier rules. RevvOS does not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform; the integrated platforms you connect, at your direction; and authorities where required by law. Your business data is yours.

6. Data location and retention

Data location, retention, export, and deletion practices depend on the final deployed architecture and customer agreement. Those details must be confirmed and added during legal and technical review; this template does not establish a storage location or retention period.

7. Security

Security controls depend on the final deployment and connected providers. See our Security page for the product principles and the deployment details that must be verified. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information, subject to the final policy and applicable agreement.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Disconnect an integration to stop future access from that source.

RevvOS is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
